At TIO we believe you should get every penny back for the portion of a medical policy you didn't use. That's why we created the TIO Risk-Free Guarantee. Should you need to cancel your policy prior to travel or in you return early from your trip you will recieve a full refund for unused days. As always, there are no administration fees or service charges.
Please note:
No refunds are available if you have had a claim or if a claim is pending
No refunds are available for annual plans that have gone into effect
All TIO medical policies come with the TIO Risk-Free Guarantee, which offers a full refund if you cancel for any reason prior to travel. What this means is as long as you have not yet started traveling/began your trip you can contact us and cancel your policy and receive a full refund for the policy you purchased; no questions asked.
